Despite living in the depths of rural Cornwall, Marie is a worldwide traveller, as well as a long-term accomplished photographer and a photographic judge with various letters after her name relating to her traditional work.

Recently, she has embraced the new technologies – the digital camera and the computer. Working from traditional photographs and pushing the boundaries of her art, she is producing stunning images, strong in conformation and form.   Marie would like you to view her pictures as images of India and Nepal not as photographs. She has tried to make a three dimensional atmosphere of the images in her computer so feels they have strayed away from the photographic style.

Full of Marie’s love for her subjects, this body of work is a celebration of her travels. Sometimes a subtle blend of light, sometimes a riot of glorious colour, her images are bound to delight.
